Welcome to Transformative Fitness. By purchasing our online personal training services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, trust, and mutual respect between you (the “Client”) and Transformative Fitness (“Jack Quinsee”).
1. 💪 Services Provided
Transformative Fitness offers:

Ongoing support via email, messaging, or scheduled video check-ins

Optional nutrition guidance and habit coaching (non-clinical)
All services are delivered remotely and are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes.
2. 🧠 Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of your training:

Provide accurate health and fitness information during onboarding

Communicate openly about injuries, limitations, or changes in goals

Follow the program as prescribed and ask questions when needed

Consult a medical professional before beginning any new fitness regimen
We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose or treat health conditions.
3. 💳 Payment & Billing

Payment is required upfront for all programs unless otherwise agreed

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable
Invoices and receipts are issued via Stripe
4. 🔁 Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied, but due to the nature of digital services:

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case

You may cancel future sessions or subscriptions with 7 days’ notice

No refunds for completed sessions or delivered plans
